• Offer advice and assistance to people wishing to obtain a visa to enter or remain in Australia
• Prepare, compile and submit visa applications
• Assist with course enrolments and student visa application
• Give assistance to people who are nominating or sponsoring prospective visa applicants
• On behalf of the client, liaise with skills assessment bodies, state and territory government to organise sponsorship, potential employers and the Department of Immigration.
• Australian registered migration agents are bound by the Code of Conduct which ensure they are honest and act within the lawful interest of the client
