Partner Visas

These visas are for Australian citizens, permanent residents or Eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their non-Australian partners to join them in Australia.

Spouse visa

This option is for people who are either in a married or de facto (including same sex partners) relationship with an Australia citizen, permanent resident.

Prospective spouse/Fiancé visa

This visa option is a temporary visa for people outside of Australia who are engaged to be married to an Australian citizen, permanent resident or Eligible New Zealand citizen.
